Megan Korst, LMHC, MBA

Hello! I’m a late-diagnosed neurodivergent counselor with experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I am certified in EMDR and Child Centered Play Therapy, and I also have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and Compassion Focused Therapy. I am currently completing additional training as a women’s mental health specialist.

My counseling style is person-centered and trauma-informed. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most meaningful parts of the counseling process, and my goal is to offer a safe, accepting, and compassionate space where you can feel seen and supported as you are. To best meet your needs, I take time to get to know you, understand what feels important to you, and talk through care options together.
For children, I offer Child Centered Play Therapy in a supportive, non-directive playroom environment where children can express themselves through play at their own pace.

I accept most state and private insurance plans, and I’m happy to discuss other payment options as needed.
