Join our fun and engaging 4-week kids yoga series! Each session is designed to help children build strength, flexibility, and emotional resilience in a supportive, playful environment.

$30 per session ($120 for entire series)

Group Therapy is billed to insurance.

​​Why Kids Yoga is Good for Mental Health

Kids yoga offers a fun and effective way to support children’s mental health.
