Yoga Assisted Therapy

Current Class: Four Week Kids Yoga Series

  • Starting Wednesdays in February (2/5/25 - 2/26/25) 

  • Join our fun and engaging 4-week kids yoga series! Each session is designed to help children build strength, flexibility, and emotional resilience in a supportive, playful environment.

  • $30 per session ($120 for entire series)

  • Group Therapy is billed to insurance.

    • You are responsible for any copays, coinsurance, or fees insurance determines is your responsibility.

  • Private Pay will need to pay prior to the start of each session.

​​Why Kids Yoga is Good for Mental Health

Kids yoga offers a fun and effective way to support children’s mental health. Through engaging poses, mindfulness practices, and breathing exercises, yoga helps children manage stress, improve focus, and boost self-esteem. It encourages emotional awareness by helping kids understand and regulate their emotions in a healthy way. Yoga also promotes relaxation, reducing anxiety and creating a sense of calm. By incorporating movement and play, it enhances creativity and fosters positive mental habits. With regular practice, kids develop resilience and a greater sense of inner peace, setting the foundation for lifelong emotional well-being.
