I believe that the power of a therapeutic relationship can be a catalyst for change. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can freely explore
your thoughts and emotions. You are the expert of your life experiences, and counseling can act as a resource towards achieving your individualized goals.
My approach to care employs a blend of evidence- based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness Based techniques. Utilizing varying methods, I focus on helping you develop coping skills, challenge negative thought patterns, and cultivate self- compassion, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.
I meet with a variety of individuals experiencing, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Together, we can work to navigate life’s challenges, and I look forward to walking alongside you on your
journey!
